✦ DriveByView for real estate agents

Every listing, watched. Every seller, wowed.

Partner drivers already pass every listing in your book — and your subscription turns those everyday passes into a dated street-view log per listing. Presentation checked before every showing, vacant listings quietly watched, and a service your sellers see for what it is: part of your marketing muscle.

Nothing is public — this is the opposite of street-view mapping. Only verified accounts see a listing's log, and AI automatically blurs plates and faces on every frame. How we protect everyone →

What you get

Your whole book, watched from the street — without driving a single lap.

Every listing, one dashboard

Your whole book in one place — a per-address log for each listing, with anything flagged sorted to the top so you see the problem child first.

Showing-ready checks

Lawn mowed, bins in, flyer box filled, sign standing — confirmed before the buyer arrives, without driving there yourself.

Vacant-listing peace of mind

Many listings sit empty for weeks. A dated log of regular passes is reassurance for you — and often exactly what the seller's insurer wants to see.

Your sign, verified

Up, straight, and visible from the road — plus your open-house signage confirmed in place on the day it matters.

Condition record through the listing

Dated frames from list to close. When someone disputes when the fence broke or the window cracked, there's an answer with a date on it.

Curb-appeal evidence

Before-and-after frames around staging or landscaping investments — show your sellers their money visibly working from the street.

Sell it back

Your listing package just got stickier.

You subscribe once and watch every listing in your book. Then you resell the same service twice — to the seller as part of your marketing, and to the buyer as a closing gift that keeps your name on their dashboard.

1

Include it in your listing pitch

"Your home, professionally watched from the street while it's on the market." It's a line no competing agent at the kitchen table has — and it wins listings.

2

Seller sees the reports

Through the listing, the seller receives the same dated reports — co-branded with your name: "brought to you by your name here." Every report is a touchpoint that says you're on it.

3

Gift it to the buyer at closing

The subscription transfers, the new owner's first month is on you, and your name stays on their dashboard — a closing gift that keeps working after the keys change hands.

Agent portfolio pricing with resell margin — priced around your book, not per address, with room built in for what you pass on to sellers and buyers. It's custom: talk to us.

AI baseline comparison

It knows what "showing-ready" looks like at each listing.

Over repeated passes, the AI learns a baseline per listing — how the frontage, signage, and yard are supposed to present. When a pass drifts from that baseline, the listing gets flagged to the top of your dashboard, in plain language, with the frames to prove it.

Teach it your standards

Beyond automatic change detection, train the AI on the conditions you actually chase between showings — it checks every listing on every pass.

One privacy promise across every product

Reports about places and conditions — never about people.

AI automatically redacts every frame — plates and faces blurred before anyone sees a thing. Nothing is public or browsable, access is verified only, and capture is incidental to drives that already happen. Buyers, neighbors, and passersby are never the subject; the listing is.

Common questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do sellers have to consent?
Yes. The seller authorizes their address as part of the listing agreement, and the address is verified like any other on DriveByView before its log unlocks. The seller can end it at any time — the zone simply switches off.
Who sees a listing's log?
You and the seller — the seller's view is co-branded with your name. Never public, never browsable, and never visible to other agents. There is no feed to scroll; each listing's log unlocks only to its verified accounts.
What happens at closing?
Your choice, in one step: transfer or gift the subscription to the buyer — their first month is on you, and your name stays on their dashboard — or simply let it end with the listing.
How does pricing work?
Portfolio-based and custom — shaped around how many listings you typically carry, with resell margin built in. Contact us and we'll work it through with you.
